Russian Soups: Zatiruha

You will need for soup Zatiruha:

   Chicken broth -1,5 L;

   Eggs - 2;

   Flour - 5 Tbsp;

   Potatoes - 6;

   Onion - 1;

   Carrots - 1;

   Bay leaf - 1;

   Sour cream - 100 g;

   Parsley - to taste;

   Black pepper to taste;

   Salt - to taste.

 




    Preparation:

 
In boiling chicken broth add cut potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

 Finely cut onions, grate carrots on a small grater and fry in a pan with the lid on.

 Whisk one eggs with flour.

 W
hisk another egg with two tablespoons of boiling broth and pour it into the pan while stirring.

 Add fried vegetables, bay leaf and the dough in pan, stir for two minutes that
has not stuck to the bottom.

 Add salt, pepper to taste and cook for another 10 minutes.

 Add chopped parsley, sour cream and cook on low heat for additional few minutes.

 Soup
Zatiruha is ready. Simple, fast and delicious!
