Russian Desserts: Cinnamon Pretzels (Krendeli)

Сinnamon Pretzels (Krendeli)

  You will need:

200 g margarine;
2 egg yolks;
1 cup sugar;
1/2 tsp salt;
8 Tbsp sour cream;
4 cups flour;
1/2 tsp baking soda;
1 tsp cinnamon;
1 tsp sugar.


   Preparation:

  Melt margarine, add egg yolks, sugar, salt, sour cream and mix well.

  Add flour, mixed with baking soda.

  Make pretzels, sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar.

  Bake
Pretzels (Krendeli) at 350F until golden brown.
