Cranberry Drink or Morse

Morse is a popular Russian drink that made with cranberries. This cranberry drink is also famous for it's therapeutic properties because it helps to reduce fever.


 You will need:


Cranberries - 150 g;
Sugar - 0.5 cup;
Water - 600 ml.

  Preparation:

 Wash cranberries and place them in a non-oxidizing pan. Mash cranberries and put them in cheesecloth. Squeeze the juice (in a glass bowl or  non-oxidizing pan) and set aside.

 Pomace from cranberries put back into the pan, cover with water, bring to boil and strain. Add sugar, mix well and let to cool off.
 

Then add  previously squeezed cranberry juice and mix well. Serve Morse when it's chilled.
