Russian Desserts: Banana cake

Banana cake

 You will need:

3 very ripe bananas;

2 Tbsp soft margarine;

2 eggs;

1 cup sugar;

1.5 cups flour;

0.5 tsp baking powder;

0.5 teaspoon salt;

100 g milk.

   Preparation:

 Mash bananas with a fork, add  margarine and mix. Add eggs and mix again.

 Then add sugar
, flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Mix again.

 Pour the mixture into the baking form and put in a hot oven at 350 for 30 minutes.

 Cool
Banana cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
