Carrot and Radish Salad is one of the Russian recipes. it's easy to make and it's tasty too.
You will need:
60 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil;
;
60ml (1/4 cup) fresh lemon juice;
2 garlic cloves;
1 tsp ground cumin;
1 tsp mild paprika;
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon;
1 cup fresh mint leaves.
Preparation:
Whisk oil, lemon juice, garlic, honey, cumin, paprika, and cinnamon in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Peel and slice carrot and radish thinly.
Combine carrot and radish in a large bowl.
Add dressing and torn mint leaves to the Carrot and Radish Salad, mix well and serve.
