Russian Pastry: Fried Pastries

Fried pastries

   You will need:

0.5 l
milk;

1 tsp yeast;

125 g margarine;

0.5 tsp salt;

2 tsp sugar;

300 g vegetable oil;

Flour.


   Preparation:

 Melt margarine, add sugar, salt, yeast and milk.

 Gradually add flour to make not very thick dough.

 Let stand the dough for 3 hours in a warm place. Then roll out the dough thinly.

 Cut it with saucer, put any stuffing in the middle and make pastries.

 Fry Pastries in a small pan in hot oil until golden brown.
