Russian Salads: Cod Liver Salad

Cod Liver Salad Recipe

  You will need:

Cod liver  (canned) - 1 can / 200 g;

Rice (boiled) - 1 cup;

Carrot (boiled) - 1;

Egg (hard boiled) - 2;

Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup;
 
Parsley, dill weed - 2-3 sprigs;
Tomato-1.
 
  Preparation:
  Chop liver, then add cooked rice, chopped eggs, diced carrot and mix well. Add  mayonnaise and mix all. When serving
Cod Liver Salad, make hill on a plate and decorate it with springs of herbs and slices of tomatoes.
