Carp, stuffed with mushrooms is very tasty. Baked in sour cream, it is also very soft. Carp can please you with its delicate flavor. Only disadvantage is the many small bones. But if you make the cuts on the fish and salt it, you can get rid of this. Salt and high temperatures dissolve small bones.
You will need:
Carp - 1 (1.5-2 kg);
Lemon - 2;
Carrot - 1;
Onions - 2;
Mushrooms - 500 g;
Sour cream to taste;
Spices and salt to taste.
Preparation:
Сlean, remove the entrails and rinse carp well. Squeeze lemon juice and rub carp from the outside and inside. Then put salt, pepper and spices on the fish.
Cut onions into half rings. Grate carrot. Finely chop mushrooms. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry onions. Add carrot to it. When carrot is tender, add mushrooms. Fry mushrooms on medium heat until half cooked.
Add sour cream inside carp and fill it with fried mushrooms and vegetables . Sew the fish's belly with thread. On the back of the fish make deep cuts. Brush fish with sour cream dense and place on baking sheet.
Cut a lemon into thin slices and place them in cuts on the back of the carp.
Bake Carp in the oven for about an hour. Heat the oven in advance to 350 F. During baking take the fish twice from the oven and brush it with sour cream.
Serve Stuffed Carp with fresh vegetables.
