Kasha Simenukha

Kasha Simenukha is an old Russian recipe that is still popular this days.

You will need:

1 1/2 lb buckwheat;
4 oz mushrooms;
3 oz butter;
4 eggs hard boiled;
2 onions,
water;
salt and black pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Boil crumbly buckwheat in salted water.

Boil mushrooms till ready.

Fry chopped onions in butter.

Chop mushrooms and eggs.

Stir all the ingredients into kasha, add butter.

Put kasha Simenukha in the hot oven for 15-20 minutes.

Serve buckweat kasha while it's hot.
