Russian Beverages: Sbitten

Sbitten recipe
  You will need:
900 g water;
50 g honey;
1 ts cinnamon;
5 pcs cloves
;
100 g  cranberry juice.



  Preparation:
Dissolve honey in boiling water, add cinnamon, cloves, cranberry juice. Instead of juice you can add red wine. Boil all for a  half  hour, remove the foam. Drain  Sbiten and serve hot with cake or biscuit.
