Pork Sausage

Dishes with pork are popular in Russian cuisine. They make shashlik, sausages, cabbage rolles and other. Pork Sausage is a very tasty dish that can brighten any table.


  You will need:


5 pounds coarse ground pork ,
 2  large chopped onions ,
 2 Tb pressed garlic ,
1 cup fresh parsley chopped ,
3 Tb dill seeds ,
 3 Tb caraway seeds ,
 1 Tb black pepper ,
 1 Tb salt,
2 cups  water

    Preparation: 


 Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let sit over night. Mix all again and stuff into hogcasing. 


Bake at 350F, approximately 1 hour. Serve pork sausages with fried or baked potatoes and vegetable, ketchup or mustard.
