Russian Desserts: Pirog Dream of Actress

Pirog Dream of Actress

  You will need:

3 eggs;

3/4 cup sugar;

1/2 cup sugar;

1 cup margarine;

1/4 tsp baking soda;

1/2 tsp vinegar;

2 cups flour;

Fruit jam to taste.

   Preparation:

 Separate the egg whites from the yolks. In whites add 3/4 cup sugar and beat.

 In yolks add 1/2 cup sugar and mix. Add  margarine in it and baking soda mixed with vinegar.

 Then add flour here and knead the dough. Put
the dough on the greased baking sheet and cover with jam.

 Then cover with egg whites mixed with the sugar. Bake at 360F for 20 minutes.

 Let cool down
Pirog Dream of Actress and cut into pieces.
