Chicken fillet with cheese is so tender and so juicy that your friends and family will love it for sure. It's also pretty fast and easy to cook.
Ingredients:
1 large chicken breast;
150 g cheese;
2 eggs;
2 Tb mayonnaise;
2 Tb flour
Salt and pepper to taste;
Your favorite spices to taste.
Preparation:
Cut chicken fillet into portions and drub piece. Put salt, pepper and spices on each piece.
Batter: In a large bowl mix eggs, mayonnaise, salt , spices. Add flour and mix well.
Grate cheese.
Dip in a batter one side of the chicken filet and put that side in oiled frying pan. Then put a small handful of grated cheese on the top of
each piece and cover it with a batter.
Fry chicken fillet from the both sides on medium heat till it done. Serve with rice and vegetable salad.
