Russian Bread: Wheat Bran Bread Zdorovʹe

Wheat Bran Bread Zdorovʹe

  You will need:

2 cups warm water;

3 tsp yeast;

4 tsp sugar;

7 cups All Perpose flour;

1 cup Whole
Wheat flour
;

1-2 tablespoons
Wheat bran;

4 Tbsp. vegetable oil;

1 egg;

2 tsp salt;

1 egg yolk.


  Preparation:

 Mix water, yeast and sugar. Let stand 10 minutes in a warm place.

 Add  flour, bran, vegetable oil, egg, salt and knead the dough.


 You can
also add rye bran, nuts, sunflower seeds, if desired
.

 Put bread on a baking sheet, cover the top with the yolk and sprinkle

 with bran.

 Bake at 320-350F until it's done. Let
Wheat Bran Bread Zdorovʹe
 
 to cool off
before serving.
