Russian Desserts: Сake Cheburashka
Сake Cheburashka
You will need:
50 g butter;
1 can condensed milk;
3 eggs;
1/2 tsp baking soda;
1 cup of flour.
Preparation:
Melt butter, add all the remaining ingredients and mix everything.
Divide the dough into 3 pieces and bake 3 crusts.
Cool crusts and spread them with cream.
Cream:
1 cup sour cream and 3/4 cup sugar stir until sugar is dissolve.
Sprinkle Сake Cheburashka with chopped nuts and /or grated chocolate on the top.
