Olivie salad

 Olivie salad is one of the most popular salads in Russia. It's usually at every table on each Russian holiday.

  You will need:

5-6 medium  potatoes;

3-4 dill pickles;

2 cups diced ham;

1 can sweet peas;

1 medium size onion;

2 boiled eggs;

1 jar mayonaise.

   Preparation:

 Boil potatoes till soft, cool, peel and cut in a small pieces. Cut pickles in a small pieces, add to potatoes. Add diced ham, sweet peas,

chopped onion and chopped eggs. Add mayonaise and mix all. Decorate Olivie salad with parsley or dill weed.
