Russian Desserts: Ukrainian Cookies or Pechenʹe Ukrainskoe

Ukrainian Cookies or Pechenʹe Ukrainskoe
 
 You will need:

250 g margarine;

2 Tbsp sour cream;

1 egg;

1 cup sugar;

2 Tbsp starch;

3 cups flour;

1 tsp vanilla.


  Preparation:

 Melt
margarine, add sour cream. Beat egg with sugar, add to the mass.

 Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.

 
Rotate
dough through the mincer and form the cookies.

 Place cookies on a greased baking sheet.

 Bake
Ukrainian Cookies or Pechenʹe Ukrainskoe  at the top of the oven at 350F until golden brown.
