Cottage Cheese

To make a homemade Cottage Cheese you will need:

 

Milk-4 cups;

 

 Kefir or Yogurt - 50 g;

 

 Preparation:

 

Boil milk rapidly. Cool  to temperature of 35 -40C . In chilled milk pour Kefir or Yogurt , mix well.

 

Let it stand in a warm place till milk will be sour.

 

 

 Heat milk until curd  separation, then drain with cheesecloth.

 

Tie cheeseclothe and let it stay till it will be completely drained .

 

After 5-6 hours Cottage Cheese is  ready.
