Russian Desserts: Pirog Sharlotka

Pirog Sharlotka

  You will need:

1 cup sugar;

5 eggs;

1 cup flour;

5-6 apples;

2 Tbsp breadcrumbs;

1 Tbsp
oil.

 
   Preparation:

   Beat sugar and eggs. Add flour and gently stir everything.

  
Slice apples ​​and sprinklе them with sugar.

   Grease
round baking form with oil , sprinkle bottom and sides with breadcrumbs.

   Put apples on the bottom of  the baking form and
pour the dough over it.

   Bake for 20 minutes or until done at 350F. Let stand
Pirog Sharlotka to cool off.
