Rice Kasha with Cheese recipe You will need: 1 1/2 cup rice; 3 cup water; 200 g grated cheese; 2 Tb butter; Salt to taste.
Preparation: Wash rice well under running water. Fry rice in butter until light brown. Pour over water and bring to boil. Add salt. Reduce heat and cook on low for 30 minutes or untill rice is tender. Before serving, sprinkle Rice Kasha with grated Cheese.
