Russian Desserts: Syrniki with cottage cheese

  Syrniki can also be called "tvorogniki" because they are made of tvorog ( cottage cheese).

 You will need:
250 g cottage cheese ,
3 Tb  flour ,
3 Tb sugar ,
2 eeggs 
2-3 Tb flour to roll syrniki

 Combine all the ingredients and knead stiff dough. Shape Syrniki as small pancakes and roll in flour. Fry in oil for 3-4 minutes every side until  golden brown.
Serve Syrniki warm with sour cream, berry jam or honey.
