Russian Desserts: Roguelikes with Jam

Roguelikes with Jam

   You will need:


200 g of margarine;
1 cup sour cream;
2 Tbsp sugar;
1/4 tsp salt;
1/4 tsp baking soda;
3 cups flour;
8 tsp jam / any,to your taste/.

   Preparation:

 
 Melt margarine, add sour cream, sugar, salt, baking soda and stir.

 Gradually add flour and knead the dough.

 Roll out the dough into a circle and divide it into 8 pieces.

 Put  jam on each piece and roll.

 Bake at 350F until golden brown. Let cool off.
 Sprinkle Roguelikes with Jam with powdered sugar.
