Crispy Stuffed Potatoes with Ham and Cheese is delicious dish that will be good for any occasion.
You will need:
Potatoes - 6;
Ham - 150 g;
Onions - 1;
Parsley - to taste;
Butter - 1Tbsp;
Chili pepper -freshly ground, to taste;
Salt - to taste;
Cheese (grated) - 50 g;
Black pepper - freshly ground, to taste;
Green onions- to taste;
Wheat flour - 1 Tbsp;
Eggs - 1.
Boil potatoes in skin. Cool off. Chop green onions and parsley.
Cut ham and onions in a small chunks, fry them in butter and mix with parsley, cheese and green onions.
Peel potatoes, cut in half and remove pulp. Cut pulp into cubes and mix with cheese and ham. Add pepper and salt and mix all.
Fill potato halves with mass, put them together, roll in flour, then - in egg, then - again in flour.
Fry potatoes until golden in a frying pan. You will get Crispy Stuffed Potatoes with Ham and Cheese, crispy outside and tender inside.
