For delicious Mushrooms with Sour Cream you will need:
6 Tb Butter or margarine;
1 Onion, chopped;
2 Tb Flour;
2 Tb Milk;
1 1/2 c Sour cream;
1 1/4 lb Mushrooms, sliced;
3/4 ts Salt;
1/4 ts Pepper;
1/2 ts Paprika.
Melt butter in a large skillet and saute onion till golden brown.
Sprinkle with flour, add milk and 3/4 c sour cream while stirring.
Bring to a simmer, add sliced mushrooms, salt, pepper and paprika.
Simmer covered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining sour cream and heat thoroughly while stirring constantly.
Serve Mushrooms with Sour Cream hot.
