Russian Desserts: Biscuits with nuts and raisins

Biscuits with nuts and raisins
This is my grandma's recipe and one of my favourites. I always asked her to bake them for me when I was little.
You will need:
3.5 cups flour;
5 Tbsp margarine;
1 cup sugar;
2 eggs;
2 Tbsp sour cream;
1/4 tsp baking soda;
0,5 cup of raisins;
0,5 cup nuts.
Preparation:
Mix well butter and sugar. Gradually add eggs and baking soda, dissolved in sour cream.
Add flour and knead the dough. Add crushed nuts and raisins.
Make sausages with the dough and bake them at 360-370F for 20-25 minutes.
After baking cut hot sausages into 2 cm wide strips. Allow them to cool off, then put in preheated to 360F and turned off oven for
a few minutes.
Let Biscuits with nuts and raisins to cool off and sprinkle them with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
