Russian Vegetable Dishes: Кabachkovaya Ikra

Кabachkovaya Ikra Recipe

    You will need:

750g zucchini;
125 g onions;
50 g vegetable oil;
70 g of mayonnaise;
75 g tomato paste;
25 g  sugar;
1/2 Tbsp salt;

    Preparation:

  Cut zucchini into chunks and put in bowl. Add onions. Grind for 10-12 sec in a blender, depending on the desired consistency.
   
  Add vegetable oil, mayonnaise, tomato paste, sugar and salt. Stir all.

  Cook for 15 min at 275F in the oven. Decorate
Кabachkovaya Ikra with greens when serve.
