5 Tbs flour
2 cups milk
1 Tbs vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2-3 Tbs vegatable oil,
for greesing the pan
Mix eggs, flour, salt, sugar, add milk. Mix well. Add oil and mix all again.
Heat the pan.Pour a little bit of oil on the pan to grease the pan evenly.
Pour dough on the pan evenly and cook till light brown from both sides.
In Russia we eat blini with sour cream or jam. Some people like them with honey, sugar, red or black cavia or salmon.
