Вuckwheat pancakes

For Вuckwheat pancakes you will need:

 

 Buckwheat flour - 4 cups;


  Water - 2.5 cups;


  Milk - 2 cups;


  Yeast - 20 - 25g;


   Sugar - 1 tsp;


   Salt.



 Preparation:

  Pour into a bowl 2 cups flour, pour a thin stream of 2 cups of boiling water ( water should not be boiling) , stir well to avoid lumps.

  When the dough is cooled down to room temperature , dilute yeast in a half glass of warm water and add into the dough .

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mix well, cover with a towel and put in a warm place to rise.

When the dough will rise 2-3 times , add  the rest of flour, milk, salt, and then whisk all.

 Fry Вuckwheat pancakes in a vegetable oil.
