Russian Pastry: Khachapuri

Khachapuri

  You will need:

250g milk;

1 tsp sugar;

Salt to taste;

1 tsp yeast;

100g margarine;

0,5 TBsp vegetable oil;

Flour;

Cheese to taste;

1 egg;

Garlic to taste;

Greens to taste.

 



   Preparation:

 
Slightly warm up the milk, add sugar, salt, yeast, margarine and vegetable oil.

 Then add flour until the dough becomes medium thickness.

 Grate the cheese for the filling, add the egg, garlic, and herbs.

 Make a ball and put the filling inside it. Make a seam
and turn ball upside down.

 Roll the  circle
with a diameter of 15 cm. Cut the circle into 4 pieces.
