Russian Desserts: Сottage Сheese Biscuits

Сottage Сheese Biscuits
You will need:
250 g cottage cheese;
250 g margarine;
2 cups flour;
1 Tbsp sugar;
Salt to taste.
Preparation:
Melt the margarine and mix with cottage cheese, add salt, sugar and flour. Mix well and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough like a pancake and make small circles with a glass from it.
Dip one side of the circle in the sugar and fold it making sugar inside. The upper part also dipp in the sugar.
Put Сottage Сheese Biscuits on a baking sheet with the sugar up and bake at 350F until golden brown.
