Homemade cottage cheese

  You will need:

 Milk - 4 cups;

 Sour cream - 50-75g.


  Preparation:
 
 Boil milk and quickly cool off to a temperature of 35-40C /95-104 F/.

 
Add sour cream, stir well and leave it till milk become of the consistency of yogurt.

 Then warm up
milk over the low heat to separate the whey
.

 Put cheesecloth
in a strainer and pour milk in it.

 Tie cottage cheese in a cheesecloth and hang.

  After 5-6 hours cottage cheese will be ready.

 Serve cottage cheese with berries, fruits or jam
